The 6P is the light that
started it all. The first light to use lithium batteries and a
high-output xenon bulb, the 6P continues to be one of SureFire's
bestsellers, and why not? A good idea is a good idea. The updated 6P
is still precision-machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, but with
the addition of Pyrex (R) window and an anti-roll bezel and a
lock-out tailcap to prevent accidental discharge of light during
tactical operations, transportation, or storage. The 6P produces 65
lumens of light for 60 minutes (as bright as a much larger four
D-cell flashlight), or 120 lumens for 20 minutes with the optional
ultra high output lamp. The 6P also features unique switching
originally developed for law enforcement- twist for constant on, or
depress the tailcap button for momentary illumination or emergency
signaling. Available in Gun Metal Gray and Black.
