All-Maglite-4-Less.com has partnered with E-Commerce Companies that enable us to offer Web Based Secure Server Ordering. This technology provides our customers with the highest degree of security.

After you have filled your shopping cart to your satisfaction, use the "Look in Cart" icon on the left of the page or the "shopping cart" tab at the top. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, push the button in the upper right (Proceed with checkout). This should take you to a secure server. (The location line in your browser window will start - https://) The "s" after the regular "http" indicates you have arrived at our secure server and that any subsequent transmissions at the site are encrypted.

Encryption technology makes purchasing products online safer than using your credit card at a restaurant. (When the restaurant swipes your card in their machine, details of your transaction and your card information are transmitted with no encryption over a standard telephone line.)

Privacy
Policy

Cases4less.com values the privacy of our customers. We do not sell any personal information to other companies - we sell products, not data. In keeping to the highest Web standards, we would like to detail what information we use, and how we use it:

Server Logs
The Web server does log IP address in standard server logs. We have never used IP address logging for anything. The files are never "shared" (given, sold, loaned, etc.) to anyone, ever.

Cookies
We use only one, on the home page, to make sure the "Specials" popup window doesn't appear more than once a day. Our shopping cart provider Just Add Commerce may use cookies to enable the shopping cart.
Contact and Personal Information
When a purchase is made from Cases4less.com, we require personal information (like name, email address, mailing address and shipping address). We use this information to communicate with you about your order and to get your order delivered to you.

Email addresses are collected by our internet staff and used to notify our customers of newly released products, closeouts, and other "events" happening at Cases4less.com or one its subsidiaries (leatherman4less.com - maglite4less.com - pelican4less.com). Mailings are limited to roughly two per month. Remove requests are honored immediately. Simply send an email to mail@cases4less.com with the word "remove" in the subject line.

Secure Shopping Cart Vendor
To minimize overhead and pass savings on to our customers, Cases4less.com leases secure server services from a third party vendor, Rich Media Technologies, Incorporated. They store order details on their secure servers until we log in and retrieve it. Once we have retrieved an order, it is deleted from our folders on their servers. Within hours, all data associated with an order is permanently deleted from their network.

Freight
Calculations

All freight charges are calculated using the dimensional or actual weight of the carton to be shipped, which ever is greater.

International
Shipments

UPS calculates the billing weight for International packages by using the dimensions of the package being sent. The weights used in this site are based on the Domestic weight calculation. UPS uses a different calculation for International packages. The International Dimensional Weight is nearly 20% more than than the shipping weights used in this site.

Because of this, the actual freight charge for International shipments may be more than was indicated during checkout.

If this is true for your order, we will notify you of the difference and wait for your approval before shipping.

$1 Handling Fee

At All-Maglite-4-Less.com you get the very best prices available anywhere. In order to cover our packaging expenses, one dollar per item will be added to your order at the last preview page. You will have an opportunity to review all charges before submitting your order.

Photo Accuracy

We make every attempt to accurately portray all of our products. Occasionally the products received from our suppliers are slightly different than those pictured on our websites. (eg. foam may be pictured flat but is shipped convoluted). Cases4Less is not responsible for variations made by any manufactures whose products we carry. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
